The Spiroclean critical environment processing system cures, dries or cools sensitive items while maintaining product orientation throughout processes. The unit incorporates spiral conveyor technology with an air-handling/conditioning system to control temperature, humidity, pressurization, air circulation, filtration and contamination. Its filters are capable of removing airborne contaminants down to 0.3 micron, according to the manufacturer.
