Canon U.S.A. has started construction of a 172,000-square-foot facility that will house its northern California operations and serve as headquarters for its Semiconductor Equipment Division. Located in San Jose, the facility will enhance process and applications development, product demonstration and training support provided to semiconductor manufacturers in the United States.
