Sartopore filters come in two pore sizes to provide filtration of high bioburden solutions. According to the manufacturer, the 0.1-micron filter is effective for mycoplasma retention and sterile filtration, while the 0.45-micron filter is suited for buffer filtration and prefiltration applications.
