Ansell divisions consolidate

Ansell International is consolidating its Ansell Edmont, Ansell Golden Needles and Ansell Protective Clothing divisions into a single entity that will operate under the name of Ansell Protective Products. The companies will retain their current headquarters locations and management teams. Marketing materials and other communications, however, will feature the new Ansell Protective Products name and logo. — TGW
