Sampling station

Model 885 Class-100, pure-material sampling stations combine the functions of a Class 100 clean station and a powder or fume-capture station. They are suitable for use in pharmaceutical and semiconductor warehouse pure material sampling applications of low to medium hazard materials, and powder dispensing, sampling and weighing. A modular design allows multiple units to be bolted together to create larger sampling areas. According to the manufacturer, Model 885 recirculates 95 percent of the air and the air in the curtained area is changed 750 times per hour. An adjustable height capture intake maintains high velocity air at either floor level or at the top of a pallet. Model 885 is also available as an optional explosion-proof unit (Class I, Group D/Class II, Groups F and G).
