Model UH 212 ionizing air pencils remove dust and fine particles from surfaces and neutralize static charge on small or sensitive parts, while controlling re-attraction of contaminants to the cleaned part, according to the manufacturer. The product is shaped like a writing instrument and weighs 8.5 ounces. It ejects a jet of ionized air or Nitrogen, releasing the electrostatic charge as it is moved across a surface.
