Series 3000 Bio Plus filters utilize electrically enhanced filter technology to trap and kill bacteria caught on the filters and enable high-flow HEPA filtration. According to the manufacturer, the filters are 32 percent smaller in size than the previous Series 1000 filters. Customer field tests showed they lowered bio burden levels by 65 percent, compared to conventional HEPA fan filters.
