Financials — April 27, 2000 — Equipment Manufacturers See Continued Book-to-bill Increase

MOUNTAIN, CA—North American-based semiconductor equipment manufacturers enjoyed yet another record number of orders last month, according to SEMI. The vendors saw a March book-to-bill ratio of 1.45, say officials at Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI).
