Planar Solutions LLC, New CMP Slurry Company Launched

ADRIAN, MI—May 8, 2000—Arch Chemicals and Wacker Silicones have spun off their joint venture for CMP product development as a new company, Planar Solutions LLC. Planar will offer a CMP slurry product line for both oxide and copper planarization.
