Patent Issued for Borealis Vacuum Diode Heat Pump

TORONTO, Canada—July 24, 2000—Boasting it holds the “mother of all patents” relating to this technology, Borealis Technical Ltd. was issued a U.S. patent last week that will look to improve heat management in areas such as cooling computer chips.
