Isonics and Eagle-Picher To Launch Expanded Silicon-28 Facility

GOLDEN, Colo.—August 2, 2000—Next month, Isonics and Eagle-Picher will launch an expanded facility that quadruples E-P's production of enriched chemical silicon-28 isotopes. Isonics will use the output in its epitaxial silicon wafers, which it manufacturers in diameters ranging from 4 to 8 inches.
