Market Study Reports EDA Industry Dipped Slightly in Q1 2000

SAN JOSE, Calif.—Aug. 4, 2000—The EDA Consortium has reported that electronic design automation (EDA) industry revenues for Q1 2000 were $846 million, a 4% decline from the $878 million figure from the Q1 1999. The group attributes the slight decrease in revenue to industry license transitions.
