Semiconductor Companies to Use Copper Mountain DSL Technology

PALO ALTO, Calif.—Aug. 21, 2000—Copper Mountain Networks Inc., a provider of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), announced that seven semiconductor technology suppliers have agreed to incorporate Copper Mountain technology into their next-generation chipsets for Voice over DSL (VoDSL) integrated access devices (IADs).
