Strategic Pact to Enable IDMs, Fabless Companies to Outsource Testing Activities

SINGAPORE—Aug. 4, 2000—An agreement slated to define and deliver back-end foundry services to semiconductor customers worldwide has been signed by burn-in and test service provider Sunright and SABER (Schlumberger Advanced Business Engineering Resources), a business unit of Schlumberger's Test & Transactions segment.
