WIN Semiconductors Installs Tegal Etch System in New MMIC Foundry

PETALUMA, Calif.—August 2, 2000—WIN Semiconductors has ordered a 900 Series plasma etch system from Tegal for use in its production of advanced gallium arsenide-based monolithic microwave IC devices. The company manufactures GaAs devices for the wireless and telecommunications industries.
