Catalyst Agrees to Increase Foundry Capacity at Oki Electric

SUNNYVALE, Calif.—Sept. 11, 2000—Citing an increasing demand for nonvolatile memory products, Catalyst Semiconductor has announced an agreement with Oki Electric, the company's principal foundry in Japan, to increase foundry capacity.
