eSAFETYWORLD Changing Name

May 18, 2001 — BOHEMIA, NY — Cleanroom service provider eSAFETYWORLD, Inc. is changing its name to ACCIXX, Inc.

“The name change will help us in the financial community and also recognizes that we now have a niche in more than one marketplace. The reorganization gives us a great deal more flexibility going forward,” said Edward A. Heil, president of eSAFETYWORLD.

The company markets and distributes disposable industrial safety, laboratory and cleanrooms products. It also offers consulting and support services to emerging companies. Along with the name change, the company plans to reorganize so each group will function as a subsidiary.
