Majestic Finalizes Acquisition of AIP Technology

October 24, 2001 — SAN DIEGO, CA — The Majestic Companies, Ltd. has completed the purchase of the assets and intellectual property rights of San Diego-based Advanced Intellectual Properties, LLC (AIP).

The purchase was structured as a combination of stock and a five-year fixed-ceiling profit sharing agreement. The newly acquired technology will join the company’s existing line of safety related products as part of Majestic’s wholly-owned subsidiary: Majestic SAFE-T-PRODUCTS, Ltd.

Included in the acquisition is the patent pending product the DISPENSTEC Glove Box, a hands- free, automatic glove dispenser that reduces and/or eliminates the cross- contamination in healthcare and cleanroom environments attributed to the donning of latex gloves.
