October 11, 2001 — ENGLEWOOD, CO — View Systems, Inc. recently announced the appointment of the RYTECH-Group, a Commercial Facilities Services company, as a major distributor of its products.

View Systems and Rytech reached an agreement to supply Rytechgroup.com with video surveillance, facial recognition, and access control interfaces. Rytech will market and distribute View Systems’ products to their established and also new customers.

Rytechgroup.com generated $20 million in sales in fiscal 2000. Rytech’s services include cleanroom services, ground-up construction, security services, as well as janitorial and general maintenance.

“I believe the powerful customer base that Rytechgroup.com has will be of significant value to View Systems, and the partnership of our two companies has the potential of developing into a major national and international presence in the field of Facility Security,” said Bill Hill, Rytech’s national sales manager. “We see an immediate need for the product line that View Systems manufactures.”

The particulars of the agreement are in process of being worked out and View anticipates a final agreement to be reached within weeks.
