Paul Lin has joined Kulicke & Soffa (Willow Grove, Pa.) as director of process integration. Lin holds more than 50 patents, founded Array Packaging Technology Inc., and held several positions at Motorola Inc., including Dan Noble Fellow, director of packaging development.

George S. Agyare has been appointed controller at Chase EMS Group (West Bridgewater, Mass.).

Dieter Bergman, IPC director of technology transfer, has been honored with the Marsh Award at the PCB Design Conference East.
