Process, Lufran Merge

November 13, 2001 — MENTOR, OH — Process Technology has acquired Streetsboro, Ohio-based Lufran Inc.

Process Technology, which manufactures electric immersion heaters, heat exchangers, in-line heaters and temperature and level controls, will merge with the heating and cooling equipment maker under the deal.

The newly merged company is expected to expand its product offerings to the semiconductor, printed circuit board and metal finishing industries. Company headquarters will remain in Mentor.
