Air handling system
Using proprietary airflow design methods, the Distributed Airhandling system can achieve 40 percent savings in energy consumption. It enables using standard air conditioning units and eliminates potentially leaky ceiling plenums. The core of the system is a low noise fan powered Model 2002 patented Bio Plus electrically enhanced bactericidal HEPA filter. Each Model 2002 is used with four to six terminal HEPAs for Class 0.1 to 100 cleanrooms.

Gas purifier retrofit
Gas purifier retrofit packages for Gallium Nitride and Gallium Arsenide MOCVD tools enable the tool users to upgrade the performance of the MOCVD tool with modifying existing plumbing. The GateKeeper purifiers that make up the retrofit packages operate at ambient temperatures, require no heat or power and require no special gases for conditioning.

Regulators
The 493 Series of single-stage cylinder gas regulators is suited for gauge calibration, airplane strut charging, aerospace hydraulic systems and high-presure hydrogenation. The 316L stainless-steel wetted parts make the series suitable for the control of corrosive gases and mixtures required at high pressure. They provide reliable gas delivery for pressures up to 6000 psig. The modular Capsule seat assembly eliminates the chance of incorrect field assembly and simplifies service.

Tubing
Pure Air Tubing withstands not only harsh gases but also the fluorescent lighting typically found in cleanroom environments. It is also intended for applications involving nitrogen and vacuum lines and oil-free air lines. The tubing resists corrosion, chemicals and UV light. Its heat- and UV-stabilized, seamless single-wall extruded high-purity polymeric core tube is surrounded by an open-ply fibrous reinforcement with a protective chemical- and abrasion-resistant polymeric outer sheath. The tubing is available in OD sizes of 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch.

Work surfaces
Static Dissipative Laminates provide durable work surfaces that are suited for electronically sensitive applications that are carried out in a range of relative humidity conditions. The black low-glare pattern option is intended for high color contrast workstation environments, such as fiberoptics assembly, where it reportedly contributes to enhanced worker productivity. Other color choices include beige, almond, white, gray, graystone and blue. All provide a controlled path to ground for the dissipation of static electricity and all incorporate the Armored Protection Surface, which reduces shedding to one-tenth that of conventional laminates.
