STERIS and Medical Solutions sign joint agreement

JANUARY 16, 2002 – France, Italy and Ohio — Medical Solutions and STERIS Corporation. have signed a joint sales and marketing agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, STERIS will market products for Medical Solutions’ subsidiary Adams Healthcare. The marketing agreement will last for three years.

“The partnership brings together the most comprehensive range of contamination
control products utilizing Adams Healthcare’s proven product excellence and STERIS’ comprehensive sales and marketing infrastructure in France and Italy,” notes Trevor Twose, Medical Solutions Chief Executive.

The two companies expect that the new arrangement will allow the pharmaceutical industry to obtain contamination control products from the one source and “provide the necessary technical assistance that both companies have built their reputations on. We aim to take a large share of the market through this partnership with STERIS over the next three years,” Twose adds.
