Faceshield with chin protector
The clear window and chin protector combination made of clear 0.040″ thick polycarbonate are attached to the company's headgear and are designed to provide extra coverage and increased protection from flying debris, sparks and liquid splash. Full crown-to-chin protection reduces overhead glare, allows room for protective eyewear to be worn underneath and provides workers with more than 180° of eye and face protection while promoting good peripheral vision. The faceshield's 100 percent polycarbonate construction is impact- and scratch-resistant. As a lower-cost alternative for light- or non-impact use, the clear window is available in 0.040″ proprionate. The safety windows comply with ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3 standards.

Cleanroom vacuum system
The SS Spray Cleaner Vac is an advanced cleaning system that allows personnel to perform two cleaning functions, simultaneously applying and recovering a variety of solutions. The vacuum graduated filtration system is designed to safeguard product purity. Its multi-grade filtration method ensures that up to 99.999 percent of all ultra-fine particles—both toxic and nuisance—are retained, down to and including 0.12 micron in size. Using a series of progressively finer filters, the system captures increasingly smaller particles as they move through the vacuum, then exhausts pure air back into the cleanroom environment. SiC heater
This Silicon Carbide (SiC) heater is ideal for semiconductor and electronics applications and is designed for use in process chambers where rapid heating to high temperature with low contamination is necessary. Fabricated from high-purity chemical vapor deposition silicon carbide, the heaters have a high thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance. They offer a low outgassing rate and a low thermal mass. The heaters also have low contact resistance to electrodes and a uniform electrical resistivity of 0.010 ohm-cm.

Lasair II is an aerosol particle counter that provides monitoring features in a package weighing 15.5 pounds. The product validation manual includes specifications in compliance with GAMP guidelines for pharmaceutical instrumentation. Dial thermometer
According to the company, this bimetal dial thermometer is designed as a quick, cost-saving replacement for industrial liquid-in-glass type units, with no accuracy loss. Slip-Fit dial thermometers are designed to “slip” into existing industrial thermometer thermowells and “fit” by a means of a tapered bulb chamber. The tapered bulb is intended to provide the identical metal-to-metal contact and resulting heat transfer as the replaced industrial-type thermometer, but without the glass tube breaking and resulting liquid fill contamination. Slip-Fit cases, bezels and stems are constructed from polished type 304 stainless steel. Either 3″ or 5″ high-visibility, anti-parallax dial sizes are available. Two case styles are offered: back connected or versatile All Angle that adjust to many viewing angles. Cases are hermetically sealed at the factory to seal out moisture and prevent icing and coil freeze-up. Slip Fits a 1 1/4″-18″ plated brass swivel nut fitting, to accept thermocouples commonly used with the industrial thermometers they replace. Stem lengths from 3.5″ up to 12″ are offered as standard, with custom lengths up to 60″ available on special orders. Temperature ranges from 100°F to 1000°F are available in either °F or °C scales. Accuracy is stated at 1 percent of full range.

Temperature measurement
The Series IM/MM provides infrared temperature measurement combined in a Series IM panel meter with a Series IMS IR sensor to make a complete monitoring system. The Series IM1 1/8 DIN panel meter displays the temperature in degrees Celcius or degrees Fahrenheit on a large 4-digit LED. The IM provides advanced processing capabilities, including peak and valley hold, averaging and user-adjustable offset. The temperature range is from 0 to 1000°F. The IM provides a user-defined 4 to 20 mA or thermocouple output as well as adjustable dual setpoints and deadband alarm outputs. The Series IMS infrared Sensors are available with standard distance-to-target ratio (35:1) or close focus optics (3:0.1) and provide target temperature readings with ±1 percent accuracy. This enables the sensor to measure the temperature of an object as small as 0.1 inch at 3 inches away (IMS2) or up to 35 inches away (IMS1).

Motorized spindles
These high-frequency, motorized spindles are designed for internal grinding applications and are engineered for optimal reliability and long life. Explosion-proof valve
This UL-listed explosion-proof three-way normally closed solenoid valve is designed to meet control application challenges in hazardous locations. The male 1/4″ NPT outlet port mounts directly on the company's two- and three-way poppet valves and Tube-O-Matic valves for effective valve operation in flammable locations, including dust and gas environments. The body of the company's three-way explosion-proof valve is made from brass and the seals and seat from Buna N. The +GF+SIGNET 8250 ProcessPro Level Transmitters are designed for use with +GF+SIGNET pressure, magnetorestricitve and ultrasonic level sensors to provide a continuous level-measurement system. The DVT-300 is a vertically oriented rotating scroll-based dry pump with no bearings used in the pumping mechanism.
