The clear window and chin protector combination made of clear 0.040″ thick polycarbonate are attached to the company's headgear and are designed to provide extra coverage and increased protection from flying debris, sparks and liquid splash. Full crown-to-chin protection reduces overhead glare, allows room for protective eyewear to be worn underneath and provides workers with more than 180° of eye and face protection while promoting good peripheral vision. The faceshield's 100 percent polycarbonate construction is impact- and scratch-resistant. As a lower-cost alternative for light- or non-impact use, the clear window is available in 0.040″ proprionate. The safety windows comply with ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3 standards.

The SS Spray Cleaner Vac is an advanced cleaning system that allows personnel to perform two cleaning functions, simultaneously applying and recovering a variety of solutions. The vacuum graduated filtration system is designed to safeguard product purity. Its multi-grade filtration method ensures that up to 99.999 percent of all ultra-fine particlesboth toxic and nuisanceare retained, down to and including 0.12 micron in size. Using a series of progressively finer filters, the system captures increasingly smaller particles as they move through the vacuum, then exhausts pure air back into the cleanroom environment. The product validation manual includes specifications in compliance with GAMP guidelines for pharmaceutical instrumentation. According to the company, this bimetal dial thermometer is designed as a quick, cost-saving replacement for industrial liquid-in-glass type units, with no accuracy loss. Slip-Fit dial thermometers are designed to “slip” into existing industrial thermometer thermowells and “fit” by a means of a tapered bulb chamber. The tapered bulb is intended to provide the identical metal-to-metal contact and resulting heat transfer as the replaced industrial-type thermometer, but without the glass tube breaking and resulting liquid fill contamination. Slip-Fit cases, bezels and stems are constructed from polished type 304 stainless steel. Either 3″ or 5″ high-visibility, anti-parallax dial sizes are available. Two case styles are offered: back connected or versatile All Angle that adjust to many viewing angles. Cases are hermetically sealed at the factory to seal out moisture and prevent icing and coil freeze-up. Slip Fits a 1 1/4″-18″ plated brass swivel nut fitting, to accept thermocouples commonly used with the industrial thermometers they replace. Stem lengths from 3.5″ up to 12″ are offered as standard, with custom lengths up to 60″ available on special orders. Temperature ranges from 100°F to 1000°F are available in either °F or °C scales. Accuracy is stated at 1 percent of full range.
