BOC Edwards Kachina opens facility in France

April 18, 2002–Crawley, UK–Parts cleaning and component management services provider, BOC Edwards Kachina opened its first facility in Europe. BOC Edwards Kachina is a division of BOC Edwards.

The new facility is located in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, within the Semiconductor Technology Campus operated by Altis Semiconductor. The new facility models the company’s US locations and will offer parts cleaning and component management services as well as, support a full range of semiconductor processes, including Etch, PVD, CVD, diffusion and lithography.

"This brings us one step closer to delivering component cleaning and technical support to our customers worldwide," notes Dr. David Camp, president of BOC Edwards Kachina.
