STATS’ VP resigns

May 17, 2002–Singapore–Chan Kok Yong, executive VP for operations at ST Assembly Test Services Ltd. (STATS), has resigned for personal reasons. Han Tiang Fong, STATS’ VP for test, will assume Chan’s responsibilities until a replacement has been named.
