For the fifth consecutive year in June, CleanRooms Europe took place in Frankfurt, Germany to officially kick off the summer events that are being hosted by The CleanRooms Group.
In July, the group is traveling to Singapore for CleanRooms Asia, which runs from July 30 through August 1. Then, it’s off to Shanghai for the launch of CleanRooms China, which will be held on August 5th and 6th.
CleanRooms Asia will feature a Korean Pavillion on the exhibit floor, highlighting an event with nearly 100 exhibitors. Attendees will have the opportunity to view and test the newest products, and meet with leading vendors, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.
For the first time at the CleanRooms Asia conference, representatives from TSMC will discuss Proper Integration Strategies for Factory Automation, while MSS Clean technology will examine present day Modular Cleanroom Designs.
During its hour-long session TSMC will try to answer questions such as which automation technologies are most effective and what sort of problems has TSMC encountered.
England-based MSS Clean Technology will examine the differences between today’s modular cleanrooms versus the first ones built 25 years ago. The combination of a modular host building with a cleanroom environment brings many advantages to the client and end user. Not only can quicker returns on investment be achieved but expansion, reconfiguration and even relocation can be undertaken with minimal disruption, says Paul Stubley, speaker for MSS.
Rounding off the list of presenters is 14-year Purafil veteran, Chris Muller. He will discuss evaluating the effectiveness of AMC Control. Attendees will learn AMC control strategies for semiconductor fabs; chemical filtration application areas; various types of chemical filters and filtration systems; reactivity monitoring techniques; and evaluating AMC control strategies, Muller says.
To close the summer show season, CleanRooms is launching CleanRooms China. The show will take place August 5th and 6th at the Pudong Shangri La, Shanghai. Working in coordination with the US Commerce Department and the China Contamination Control Society, the CleanRooms Group will be offering a two-day conference and exhibition focusing on issues facing contamination control professionals.
Designed to help cleanroom suppliers break into the largest potential market in the world, CleanRooms China will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Pudong Shangri-La Hotel. Due to space restrictions, approximately 20 tabletop spaces will be available for exhibitors to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis.
Venturing into China was the next logical step we could take to help our customers expand their businesses, says James Enos, vice president and group publishing director of the CleanRooms Group. The exploding semiconductor and microelectronics markets in China as well as obvious concerns about clean manufacturing there made it a desirable area for both exhibitors and attendees. Set to open at the close of our CleanRooms Asia show in Singapore, CleanRooms China will be geographically convenient for our customers to participate more cost-efficiently.
