July 24, 2002 — NanoInk Inc. said it has launched its first product based on its nanoscale lithography techniques.
The DPN System 1 enables users to build structures smaller than 10 nanometers. The software and instrumentation product system is designed for research and industrial applications in life science and microelectronics.
The tools use Dip Pen Nanolithography, a patent-pending process developed by Chad Mirkin, NanoInk’s co-founder and director of the Institute for Nanotechnology at Northwestern University.
