Motorola signs deal with Celevic

AUG. 30–ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL–Motorola, Inc. has signed an agreement with Celevic Systems to promote and distribute Motorola’s manufacturing software products across Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China.

The Motorola software products that Celevic will be distributing include the Manufacturing Pulse product suite that is designed to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Celevic, headquartered in Hong Kong, was founded in 1994 as a Manufacturers Representative Organization and is a premier provider of manufacturing software, equipment and materials to electronics manufacturers in Hong Kong and The People’s Republic of China. Celevic has branch offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Celevic has over twelve years of experience serving numerous Fortune 500 companies like Solectron, Sanmina-SCI, Flextronics, Celestica and Jabil in China.

Motorola’s suite of Manufacturing Software products aim to offer customers shop floor applications designed to reduce manufacturing operations costs through material attrition reduction, asset management optimization, and product quality improvements.
