Aug. 28, 2002 — nPoint Inc., a Wisconsin-based provider of precision motion devices and controllers, has launched a new tool to its line of nanoscale motion and control products.
The N-XYZ100B, a three-axis nanopositioner, can be integrated into an inverted microscope. It allows samples to be moved and controlled within the nanometer range during experiments involving cells, protein or DNA, according to a company news release.
nPoint, previously known as Piezomax Technologies Inc., sells products that enable rapid, precise and repeatable motion in measuring tools, microscopes and lithography instruments, the release said.
