ANADIGICS to cuts jobs

Sept. 24, 2002 – Warren, NJ – ANADIGICS Inc. is set to cut 10% of its 450 employees, but said that it is on track to meet previous 3Q guidance.

ANADIGICS expects a 3Q loss of $0.33/share before items, on revenue of $21 million.

The company will record charges of $15 to $17 million, or $0.49 to $0.56/share, from the job cuts and a planned facility consolidation.
