Dycem gets ISO 9001:2000 certification

DEC. 5–BRISTOL, ENGLAND–Dycem Technologies, a manufacturer of contamination control flooring, has received ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard certification through the The British Standards Institution.

The ISO philosophy centers around the development of customer satisfaction, implementing quality, safety, reliability and efficiency.

Dycem has maintained ISO standards over a number of years and achievement of the new certification demonstrates its commitment to improving business processes to serve the customer, says Managing Director, Mark Dalziel.

Dalziel adds that the new certification is more holistic and is steering the organization toward its goals; improving products for the global market and achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction.
