G&K ranked #2 on all star stock top five

DEC. 20–MINNETONKA, MN–G&K Services, Inc., a cleanroom garment rental service that also provides cleaning supplies, was ranked second in a list of top five All Star stocks in the business services sector by Zacks.com, an investment research firm owned by Zacks Investment Research Inc. (Chicago, Ill.)

“Although the impact of continued employment weakness in the overall economy remains a rough spot for the company, G&K still saw earnings in the first quarter improve to 47 cents from 45 cents last year,” according to Zacks All Star Analyst Survey.

The company also raised its fiscal 2003 revenue estimate to the range of $650 million to $660 million.

Ranking number one was FTI Consulting Inc.(Annapolis, MD), a multi-disciplined consulting consulting firm with practices in financial restructuring, litigation consulting and engineering and scientific investigation.

Following G&K were:

–MIM Corp. (Elmsford, NY), a pharmaceutical healthcare organization;
–Precis Inc.(Grand Prairie, Texas), a provider of membership programs;
–PRG-Schultz International Inc. (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.), a provider of accounts payable and audit services.
