Jan. 7, 2003 — An international law firm with a nanotech practice is launching a forum on the emerging field’s growth in Southern California.
Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP will hold its Nano Forum at 7 p.m. Jan. 28. It’s the first in a planned series of networking and educational events for investors, inventors, scientists and entrepreneurs, as well others interested in learning more about nanotech.
The inaugural forum, which will be held at Oppenheimer’s Los Angeles offices, will feature presentations by Roy Doumani, acting chief operating officer of the California NanoSystems Institute, and Nathen Fox, president and chief executive of Atomic-Scale Design Inc.
