CmController from Eagle-Eyed-One features specially designed vision algorithms, which reportedly enable highly accurate measurement of Cp and Cpk indices on all brands and models of SMT printers, dispensers and placement machines. The mobile product and service offers a third party, objective, independent test method. The software package is said to operate the measurement equipment and provides quick statistical results on machine performance. Standardized numeric and graphic output offers tools for investigating problems and recommend direct feedback for maintaining and reducing repair costs.

Step Stencils
The AMTX E-FAB Electroform step stencils are normally a product of the Chem-Etch process. Even when the apertures are laser cut, the steps are formed by the chemical process of etching material away to form the step. Electroformed steps reportedly are made by plating additional thickness in certain areas and do not involve Chem-Etch processes.
