IntelliSense, Northrop Grumman team up

Feb. 7, 2003 — Corning IntelliSense Corp., a division of Corning Inc., said it is working with Northrop Grumman Corp. to demonstrate the reliability of radio frequency (RF) MEMS switches for defense applications, according to a news release.

Corning IntelliSense officials said in the release that the joint effort, sponsored by the Air Force Research Laboratory and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, will boost development of MEMS for military and wireless communication applications.
