Avery unveils new fab process

March 21, 2003 — Avery Dennison Microreplication, a Concord, Ohio, unit of Avery Dennison Corp., announced a new process to fabricate prototype quantities of microstructured components in polymer films.

The company said the method is intended to help customers evaluate designs quicker and cheaper than before. With it, customers can design shapes from 100 nanometers to 200 microns.
