Nanotechnologies Inc. appoints new president

March 19, 2003 — Nanotechnologies Inc., an Austin, Texas, provider of nanoparticles, appointed Randy Bell as president and chief executive, according to a news release. Bell also joins the board of directors.

Bell has been at the company since February 2002 as senior vice president of corporate development. He was formerly vice president of worldwide sales and services at Crossroads Systems and previously held management positions at Dell Computer Corp. and other organizations.
