April 8, 2003 — Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, a Chicago-based intellectual property law firm, has formally launched a nanotechnology practice group, according to a company news release.
The firm had already been serving nanotech clients but decided to concentrate the business into one multidisciplinary practice group. The 20-plus-member group will serve clients in several areas, including filing and prosecuting patent applications, as well as licensing, trademark and enforcement issues, the release said.
