Zyvex launches Nanomanipulator

April 17, 2003 – Zyvex Corp. has launched a positioning and testing tool for nanotech research and development, according to a company news release.

 

The Texas-based maker of tools and technologies for molecularly precise manufacturing said the S100 Nanomanipulator System can grasp, move, test and position samples for scanning electron microscopes. The system also comes with a joystick and illuminated keypad for control and resolution, the release said.

The company said the S100 is the first of a series of innovative, market-driven tools for the field.
