SI Diamond Technology changes name to Nano-Proprietary

June 20, 2003 — SI Diamond Technology Inc. will change its name to Nano-Proprietary Inc., according to a news release.

The change, approved by shareholders, will take place July 1. Nasdaq will assign a new trading symbol on June 30.

SI’s primary subsidiary is Applied Nanotech Inc., which develops nanotubes for displays, medical cathode devices and hydrogen and other sensors.

SI closed Thursday at 90 cents a share, up from 87 Wednesday.
