AuthenTec and Plexus announce partnership

July 29, 2003 — AuthenTec Inc. of Melbourne, Fla., and Plexus Corp. of Neenah, Wis., announced that Plexus will offer engineering, design and integration services for AuthenTec’s fingerprint sensors.

Under the partnership, Plexus can assist corporate and government customers in medical, defense, industrial and other areas in integrating biometric sensing into their systems, the companies said.
