DALSA names CFO

July 7, 2003 — DALSA Corp., a Waterloo, Ontario-based semiconductor and MEMS manufacturer, has named Paul Van Bakel its chief financial officer.

Van Bakel held various financial posts at DALSA between 1995 and 1999. He most recently served as senior financial officer of Ledco Ltd.
