Phoseon launches MEMS inspection system

Aug. 19, 2003 — Phoseon Technology Inc. has launched an automated optical inspection system for advanced packaging applications in MEMS, according to a news release.

The Beaverton, Ore.-based startup said the MX-1000 wafer bond inspection system identifies seal defects and device misalignment.
