MoSys shuffles directors

August 29, 2003 – MoSys, Sunnyvale, CA, says that Paul Russo has resigned his seat on the company’s board of directors. Russo plans to refocus on his duties as president, chairman and CEO of Silicon Optix, a San Jose, CA, fabless semiconductor company.
