Mykrolis unveils filter

September 15, 2003 – Mykrolis, Billerica, MA, has added a disposable filter to its QuickChange product line. The QuickChange ATM filter is designed for aqueous-based chemicals used in wet-etch applications, and promises 40% improvement in membrane surface area over its predecessor, with retention down to 30nm.
