On Semi prices offering

September 18, 2003 – On Semiconductor, Phoenix, AZ, has priced a common stock offering of 34.8 million shares at $4.50 a share. Proceeds of roughly $157 million from the offering, underwritten by J.P. Morgan, will be used to prepay outstanding loans.
