Laminar flow clean bench

Depending on application needs, Series 412 clean bench systems can range from vertical flow benches with open interiors to exhausting clean benches with wet process to recirculating temperature control Class 1 systems. HEPA or ULPA filters are available to filter 0.12-µm particles with 99.999 percent efficiency. The clean bench comprises an upper cabinet module, which houses the prefilters, HEPA or ULPA main filters, blower motors and lights, and a modular lower support frame that includes the lower work surface module. This laminar flow clean bench also protects against contamination in the event of a gasket leak.

Auto-adjusting workstation

The ErgoHeight auto-adjusting workstation is designed to contribute to an ergonomic cleanroom environment by positioning the work surface at the correct height for each operator. Motorized lifters, which are sealed to the underside of the bench to eliminate particle generation, handle a net load of 420 pounds—adequate for most bench-top equipment—while a frame-mounted control panel includes positioning switches plus stored memory position for up to four heights. The unit, compatible with ISO 5 cleanrooms, is available with a powder-coated or electropolished stainless steel base. Tops can be ordered with a variety of cleanroom laminates in sizes between 36 and 72 inches wide.

Extra support chairs

Offering added back support and greater seating comfort for heavy-duty cleanroom use, the MMS Series adjustable ergonomic chairs feature an extra-tall and wide backrest plus extra-wide and deep seat, with four-way contouring and waterfall front. The backrest, 19 inches high and 18 inches wide, is designed to conform to the natural curves of the spine and to provide lumbar support to reduce lower back fatigue. The seat is 21 inches wide, 19 inches deep, and three inches thick, and its waterfall-shaped front is designed for improved circulation and reduced strain on lower legs. High-velocity return air bench
The 4015 peripheral flow horizontal laminar flow clean bench has been redesigned to provide high-velocity return air intake slots along the side panels, front top, and front edge of the work surface. The construction is designed to reduce the potential of a backflow of contaminated air returning into the work area. Recovered return air is then HEPA-filtered before returning to the work area.

The WIP nest computer workstation for cleanroom environments has an adjustable monitor holder and a hidden raceway to hold monitor wires. The table also features a sliding keyboard tray, fixed mouse pad and detachable bar code reader holster. It is designed to hold one eight-inch wafer box but can be modified to hold six-inch, 300-mm, or two boxes. A CPU rack mount is also available.
