ESEC, Unaxis merger challenged

October 7, 2003 – Investment firm Classic Fund Management AG has requested a preliminary injunction protesting the merger of ESEC and Unaxis Holding, which will now be postponed. Shareholders have already approved the deal, which was proposed in August.
