Mykrolis receives TSMC award

October 16, 2003 – Mykrolis, Billerica, MA, has received a special service award from TSMC as a favored supplier of spare parts and components to TSMC’s facilities in Taiwan.

Mykrolis implemented a program in May 2003 to help TSMC reduce inventory costs and provide online access to inventory data. TSMC’s supplier awards were begun in 2001, with a “spare parts” category added this year.
